EXATECHLABS
Design. Build. Operate.

Custom software for businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf.

The systems your company runs on — operations, sales, inventory and reporting — shaped around your processes, delivered at a fixed price, and owned outright by you.

The problem

Where packaged software stops fitting.

Most companies reach a point where the system they bought costs more in workarounds than it saves in licence fees. The pattern is consistent.

Operational data is fragmented

Sales, inventory and customer records sit in separate tools. Consolidated reporting becomes a manual exercise, and no single system reflects the current state of the business.

The software dictates the process

Packaged systems encode another company's workflow. Teams build workarounds to bridge the gap, and over time the workarounds become the real process.

Manual steps stop scaling

Procedures that worked at ten people break at fifty. Errors compound, work is duplicated, and continuity depends on individuals rather than systems.

Capabilities

Full-lifecycle delivery across the systems you operate.

From a single tool to the platform the company runs on. We handle architecture, build, deployment and long-term support as one engagement.

How we work

A defined process, with the price agreed before we start.

Scope, schedule and cost are fixed in writing before development begins, and you see working software every two weeks until delivery.

  1. Discovery

We review your operations on site, map the workflows as they actually run, and identify where time and accuracy are being lost.

  2. Scope & proposal

You receive a written specification: what will be built, how it behaves, the delivery schedule, and a fixed price — before any commitment.

  3. Delivery

Two-week iterations, each ending in working software you can test. Scope stays aligned because you see it as it takes shape, not at handover.

  4. Support & iteration

On-site training, close support through the first months of live operation, and continued development as the business changes.

Why Exatech Labs

Commitments we make in writing.

Custom software fails in predictable ways. These four terms are part of every engagement, not selling points we reserve for large accounts.

You own the system outright

Source code, data and infrastructure are yours and transfer on delivery. No proprietary runtime, no per-seat licence, no dependency on us to keep operating.

Fixed scope, fixed price

Cost and scope are agreed in writing before development starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately and proceeds only once you approve it.

Direct access to the engineers

You work with the people building the system rather than an account layer. Arabic, English and French, in your time zone.

Adoption is part of delivery

We train on site and stay through the first months of live operation. A system the team doesn't use is a failed project, and preventing that is our responsibility.

FAQ

Common questions.

What does a project cost?

Cost follows scope. A single focused tool typically starts in the low thousands; a system covering the whole company runs higher. You receive a fixed price in writing after the discovery conversation, before any commitment.

How long before it is in use?

A focused tool is generally in production within six to ten weeks. Larger systems are delivered in stages, so the first modules are in daily use well before the last ones are complete.

Can you work with the software we already have?

Usually, yes. A significant share of our work is integration — connecting accounting systems, e-commerce platforms and supplier systems so data moves between them automatically instead of being re-entered by hand.

Our team isn't technical. Is that a problem?

No, and it shapes the design. We build for the person using the system every day and train on site until it is routine. Adoption is treated as part of delivery rather than an afterthought.

Do we need a specification before we start?

No. Most engagements begin with a problem rather than a specification. Establishing what should be built is the first phase of the work, and it is where the largest cost savings are usually found.

Start with a conversation.

The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. Describe the problem and you'll get a direct assessment — including whether we are the right firm for it.
